Create and modify contracts of individual vehicles within the DMS.

Overview

Manage Vehicle Contracts allows users to create and update customer vehicle related contracts such as a service plan, within the Keyloop database. It can maintain vehicle contracts to ensure data accuracy and time is saved by avoiding re-keying. Manage Vehicle Contracts is an integration that provides real-time read/write capabilities within your DMS helping to ensure customer data is consistent, accurate and up-to-date in both the partner application and Keyloop database.

This is an updated version of the original Manage Vehicle Contracts API offering additional end-points and capabilities.

Ensures Keyloop data is up-to-date and accurate, enabling better targeting and delivery of marketing material.

Usecases

a) A service advisor can retrieve a list of all aftersales or maintenance contracts associated to a specific customer vehicle. For example, find the manufacturer warranty contract for the customer vehicle.

b) A service advisor can retrieve a particular aftersales or maintenance contract associated to a specific customer vehicle based on the contract Id.

c) A service advisor can create a new aftersales or maintenance contract for a customer vehicle. For example; an extended dealer warranty or service plan.

d) A service advisor can make changes to details of an existing aftersales or maintenance contract associated to a specific customer vehicle.
