Overview

For the partners who wish to enrich their Aftersales video product proposition to their customers and offer a seamless Vehicle Health Check process supported by Video content. This product provides partners with access to recorded VHC data, thus enabling partner applications to display identified work and capture a customers purchasing decisions. A two-way integrate allows VHC outcomes to synchronise back into the retailers DMS.

Repair order search

Use a variety of parameters to find existing repair orders. Our search capability lets you identify unique repair order IDs which can then be used to obtain detailed information on their content.

Repair order overview

Every Keyloop repair order is rich with information that will help you serve your customers more effectively. Use our API to get an overview of the appointment and work scheduled for completion.

Detailed VHC job Information

For every repair order, retrieve a detailed VHC summary with Job specifications, including the job condition codes (Red, Amber & Green), personalised pricing, enabling key information to be relayed to the customer along with your video content.

Availability of recorded VHC still imagery

For every VHC job, retrieve the still images captured by Keyloop's VHC Touch application during the recording of health check and relay key information to your customer.

Add & remove video content (URL)

Video content captured in your application can be synced to the repair order. This gives the retailers the flexibility to refer the customers to the video recorded to create more upsell opportunities. Where available this also enables the video to be reviewed within the DMS and retains a history against the customer record.

Update the customers decision for every VHC job

Collect the customer outcome in your application and synchronise the status with the VHC jobs in the dealers DMS.

Synchronise customer communications

Where your application manages communications directly with the end consumer you can notify the DMS of every outbound communication, so that the DMS retains an accurate contact history against the customer record.

If you are an Aftersales video solution provider, you can save your users time by integrating vehicle inspection outcomes directly from the Keyloop DMS. Once those jobs are priced up, you can retrieve detailed information that can be relayed to the end consumer for approval and then update the outcome details back into the DMS to assist further completion of the work. You can also access the still images captured by Keyloop's VHC Touch application and add/update the URL(s) related to the video content captured in your application. This gives the flexibility and tools needed for dealers to digitise the end consumer journey, increase upsell opportunities and brand loyalty through better customer interaction.
