Inspect Vehicle Basic lets your application transfer basic vehicle health check (VHC) outcomes to Keyloop's dealer management systems. Find and retrieve repair orders, and create jobs for technicians which can then be priced up in the DMS.

Use a variety of parameters to find existing Repair Orders. Our search capability lets you to identify unique Repair Order IDs which can then be used to obtain detailed information on their content.

Every Keyloop Repair Order is rich with information that will help you serve your customer more effectively. Use our API to get an overview of the appointment and work scheduled for completion.

Add and Remove Repair Order Jobs

Save your customers time and reduce errors by adding Jobs to an existing Repair Order without the need to re-key information in the DMS. Repair Order Jobs give Technicians and Parts Clerks the framework they need to quickly price up work ready for customer approval. Customer changed their mind? No problem. Remove Jobs from Repair Orders as quickly as you added them.
