Change Vehicle Ownership v2

Change Vehicle Ownership allows users to modify the ownership details of individual vehicles within the Keyloop database. It can maintain the integrity of customer and vehicle data, reduce re-keying of information and enable the user to add and remove links to a customer's vehicle. Change Vehicle Ownership is an integration that provides real-time read/write capabilities within your DMS helping to ensure customer data is consistent, accurate and up-to-date in both the partner application and Keyloop database.

This is an updated version of the original Change Vehicle Ownership API offering additional end-points and capabilities.

Ensures Keyloop data is up-to-date and accurate, enabling better targeting and delivery of marketing material

Obtains a full picture of customers/companies linked to a vehicle to help identify the right stakeholder

Remove manual work and reduces error

Reduces time spent on data entry by removing the need to re-key between two or three systems.

Reduces the likelihood of errors by removing duplication of work. This can provide confidence that marketing and telemarketing activities contact a customer with the correct details.

Dealers with customer details held within the Keyloop database can use this to de-duplicate information and ensure accuracy within the partner application.

Users can update the ownership of the vehicle at any time, for example when an employee leaves and hands it back to their employer or dealer.
